Adds an opt-in `driver: 'node-postgres'` for PostgreSQL using `drizzle-orm/node-postgres` and `pg`, for example for PlanetScale Postgres. Auto-detection is unchanged: `postgres-js` stays the default, with PGlite as the local fallback. - Pass the connection URL to `pg` as `connectionString`, or let `pg` connect from PG* env vars at runtime - Support lazy runtime env resolution for Docker/K8s builds - Document per-driver PostgreSQL install steps Co-authored-by: Adam Kasper <adam@obvio.cz> Amp-Thread-ID: https://ampcode.com/threads/T-01a17cd8-85e0-7493-94b8-db22bf535c87

Adds explicit node-postgres support for NuxtHub DB.
Also updates docs with per-driver PostgreSQL install guidance and adds focused tests for config resolution and client creation.
