Once this PR is merged in wit-bindgen, we can cut a release of v0.3.0.

Be sure to update the Cargol.toml with the new version + the correct git reference for wit-bindgen-go

    @dicej If the Go tool wrapper you're working on is close to done, I don't mind waiting to have it included in the v0.3.0 release
