Upgrade Bootstrap ecosystem to Idea React 3 - #122
The migration is mergeable with bounded UI follow-up: carousel swiping remains unavailable and hover-paused indicators can continue animating. Button navigation and autoplay remain usable, and the library drawer now resets when entering desktop width.
