When upgrading opentelemetry-api to 1.45.1, it is highly recommended to also upgrade opentelemetry-sdk and opentelemetry-exporter-otlp-proto-grpc to the same version (1.45.1). Mixing different minor/patch versions of OpenTelemetry components can lead to runtime compatibility issues and unexpected behavior.
