fix(amcp): keep accepting clients after one disconnects right away - #1841
A client that sends a command and resets the connection right after can stop AMCP from accepting connections. The server keeps running, but every new client times out.
On macOS remote_endpoint() fails with EINVAL once the peer has reset, and connection asked for it on every log line and for the OSC subscription. When it threw in handle_accept(), the exception left before start_accept(), so nothing was accepted again. Reading the address safely isn't enough on its own, because the OSC subscription then throws on "no-address" in the same place. So the remote address is now read once, when the connection is created, without throwing, and handle_accept() logs whatever goes wrong with one client and keeps accepting.
I tested it on macOS 26, built on top of wip/vulkan (AsyncEventServer.cpp is the same on master), with a small script that connects, sends VERSION and leaves in three ways: a normal close, a reset after the command, and a reset before sending anything. After each one a new client has to get 201 within 3 seconds. Without the change the server stopped answering after the second reset. With it I did 300 of each and it always answered. I haven't tried Linux or Windows.
I should say that the code was written with AI, under my direction, and tested on real Macs.

The connection stores its remote address and uses error-code endpoint lookups with fallback values. The accept handler catches and logs client setup exceptions, then proceeds to the next accept.
The constructor stores the remote address and uses error-code lookups for local and remote endpoints. It uses no-port or no-address when a lookup fails. ipv4_address() returns the stored address.
A client may remain connected without its OSC subscription if setup fails. This is a bounded failure that should be addressed or accepted before merging.
