fix(cli): warn when auth config falls back #18

Workflow file for this run

name: app-ci
# Runs the app's own test suite and typecheck on every PR.
#
# Until now nothing did. cli-ci and desktop-native-ci both filter on the
# paths of their own package, and cli-release only runs `bun test` when
# packages/petdex-cli/package.json changes the version, so a PR touching
# only src/ got a green tick from workflows that never executed a single
# app test. #654 landed 31 files of edit/auth/GC logic that way: the 396
# tests covering it were run by hand during review, not by CI.
#
# No paths filter on purpose. src/, scripts/ and drizzle/ all feed the
# same suite, and a filter is what created the gap this closes.
#
# Needs no secrets: the suite runs green with the environment unset, and
# the two db-backed specs (test:db, pet-search.integration) are excluded
# from `bun test` by their own filenames.
